Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how items sold on Mirva are collected, shipped, tracked, and delivered. It applies to purchases made through our marketplace.

Last Updated: July 2026 Applies to web and mobile users Subject to applicable law

1. Purpose of This Policy

Mirva is a marketplace where independent sellers list pre-loved fashion and related items. Shipping is generally handled through third-party logistics partners. This Policy explains the shipping process and the responsibilities of buyers and sellers.

2. Shipping Model

We are not a traditional fulfilment warehouse or inventory owner. Products are generally shipped directly from third-party sellers to buyers after an order is confirmed. In some cases, we may coordinate pickup from the seller using third-party logistics partners.

Shipping methods, timelines, and costs may vary depending on the seller, item location, delivery destination, logistics provider, and service level selected.

3. Order Processing

After a buyer places an order, the seller is notified and expected to prepare the item for pickup or dispatch. The buyer may receive order status updates, and where available, tracking details will be provided through the app or by the logistics provider.

Sellers are expected to dispatch items in the condition described in the listing and within any estimated timeframe shown at checkout or in the order details.

4. Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only unless we clearly state otherwise. Actual delivery time depends on the seller’s dispatch speed, logistics partner schedules, delivery location, weather, road conditions, public holidays, and other external factors.

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates unless the applicable order terms say otherwise.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, delivery fees, or related charges may be shown before checkout. These charges may depend on the item, seller location, buyer location, package size, service level, and logistics provider used.

Unless we clearly state otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable once a shipment has been successfully processed or dispatched, subject to applicable law and the outcome of any dispute or return request.

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate item details and packaging the item properly;
  • ensuring the item is ready for pickup or dispatch as agreed;
  • handing the item to the logistics provider in the condition described in the listing;
  • cooperating with pickup, tracking, and dispute processes where necessary;
  • providing accurate pickup information and keeping the item available for collection.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate delivery information;
  • being available to receive the package where appropriate;
  • reviewing tracking information and responding to delivery-related messages;
  • reporting delivery issues promptly through the app or support channels.

8. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Where available, orders may be tracked through the app or through a logistics partner’s system. Delivery may be considered completed when tracking indicates successful delivery, when the buyer confirms receipt, or when other completion conditions stated in the transaction flow are satisfied.

9. Missed Deliveries, Incorrect Addresses, and Delays

If a package cannot be delivered because a buyer provided incorrect delivery details, the buyer refused delivery, or the buyer was unavailable when delivery was attempted, the order may be delayed, returned, cancelled, or subject to additional charges depending on the circumstances and the logistics provider’s rules.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information, failed contact attempts, public holidays, logistics provider issues, weather, traffic, force majeure events, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.

10. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If an item is damaged in transit, not delivered, or appears missing, the buyer should contact support as soon as possible. We may ask for photographs, tracking details, chat logs, delivery confirmations, or other evidence.

Claims may be reviewed under our Buyer Protection, Returns Policy, and dispute resolution process.

11. Customs and Cross-Border Deliveries

If we support cross-border shipping in the future, additional customs, import duties, taxes, documentation, or restrictions may apply. Buyers and sellers are responsible for complying with such requirements unless we clearly state otherwise for a particular order.

12. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss may pass at different stages depending on the order flow, the logistics partner used, buyer confirmation, and the applicable transaction rules. Where permitted by law, our platform may use the available transaction evidence to determine whether a package was delivered, lost, damaged, or otherwise completed.

13. Return to Seller

If an item is returned to the seller because delivery could not be completed, the seller may need to arrange redelivery or refund processing in accordance with the Returns Policy and the order-specific rules.
